Jay, a rogue operative, turns his back on a mission to rescue his sister, Dian, an undercover agent who has been captured by a ruthless Kingpin only to discover that he is being manipulated to destroy the UTK. Now a fugitive from UTK, Jay discreetly calls on his colleagues to assist him but soon finds himself embroiled in a web of mysterious schemes involving the kingpin and his missing sister. With both sides playing deadly complex games of intrigue, Jay and his team must take ever bigger risks and make difficult choices.
